In the Barbados Hiking Association hiking is what we do every chance we get. Sunday hikes hosted by the Barbados National Trust (BNT) are 3 hours long and start at 6.00 am and 3.30 pm. Morning Hikes begin at 6.00 am and Afternoon Hikes start at 3.30 pm EXCEPT for the Moonlight Hikes which start at 5.30pm/6:00pm.
