    Star Fox Adventures is an interesting case. You can get it to say 100% but you need to save during the final boss. However there are still two "achievements" that would be displayed after beating the boss, that are unobtainable because there's no way to save at that point. Oh and if you missed something, too bad, there's no way to go back.
