Landmark Center (St. Paul) St. Paul's historic Landmark Center, completed in 1902, originally served as the United States Post Office, Courthouse, and Custom House for the state of Minnesota. It was designed by Willoughby J. Edbrooke, who served as Supervising Architect of the U.S. Treasury Department in 1891–92.

Located at the corner of Fifth and Market Streets in downtown St. Paul, Landmark Center was designed in 1892 as the Federal Courts Building by architect Willoughby J. Edbrooke. It was originally built to house the Federal Courts, Postal, and other government offices in the city.
