For students holding an upper secondary education certificate and who wish to gain competitive advantage through a degree from one of Finland’s leading universities, the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) offers four Bachelor's degree programmes taught in English. Bachelor's programme in Information Technology will be offered on both campuses.
There are two ways to apply to a higher education degree programmes in Finland: joint application or separate application. Both our Bachelor's and Master's programmes are using for the September 2024 intake the joint application form.

The non-European citizens studying in an international Bachelor's or Master’s degree have fees which vary from 8,000 to 10,000 € per year depending on the programme. The university offers tuition waivers and scholarships for international degree students required to pay tuition fees.
