Wuhan, China. The 119-level tower will be comprised of 300,000 sm of floor area, including about 200,000 sm of offices, 50,000 sm of luxury apartments and condominiums, a 45,000 sm five-star hotel, and a 5,000 sm, 27-meter-tall private club with spectacular views at the tower’s penthouse level.

Wuhan Greenland Center provides spaces for three distinctive functions: office, apartment, and hotel. While some mixed-use towers separate users by levels, the triangular floor plan of this building allows for the tenants or visitors to have separate entrances at the ground level.

About this project. The tower reaches 606 meters (or 1,988 feet) high, and upon completion in five years it will become the world’s fourth tallest building.
