Select File in the Outlook top menu. In the left pane, select Info then Add Account . Enter your AOL email address and then click Connect . Enter your AOL email account password and then click Connect . Click Done . Your AOL email account is now in Outlook and will download messages in your account.

Go to the AOL Mail Sign-in page and enter your AOL username. Select Next and choose I forgot my password. Select a password reset option, such as sending a code to your recovery email address or phone. Select Create a new password, enter the verification code, then select Verify. Log in to your AOL Mail account using your new password.
