The Zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from April through October and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from November through March. The Box Office closes one hour prior to the Zoo's closure. From May 3 through October 2, 2022, Cleveland Zoological Society members receive early admission to the Zoo starting at 9:30 a.m. Please note: The Zoo will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
On Mondays*, the Zoo is FREE for residents of Cuyahoga County and Hinckley Township. To confirm your residency, bring your driver's license or state I.D. or a current utility bill with your Cuyahoga Cty. or Hinckley Twp. address along with a photo ID. Admission to The RainForest is $6.00 on Mondays for Cuyahoga County and Hinckley Township residents.
