You can use Google Forms to create online surveys and quizzes and send them to other people. Step 1: Set up a new form or quiz. Go to forms.google.com. Click Blank . A new form will open.
Create a new form. Choose an option: From forms.google.com, click Blank or choose a template. From drive.google.com, click New scroll to Google Forms. Next to Google Forms, point to the Right arrow and click Blank form, Blank quiz, or From a template. Name your form: In the top-left corner, click Untitled form or the template form name and enter a new name.
