When you create your own Colab notebooks, they are stored in your Google Drive account. You can easily share your Colab notebooks with co-workers or friends, allowing them to comment on your notebooks or even edit them. To learn more, see Overview of Colab.

Colaboratory is integrated with Google Drive. It allows you to share, comment, and collaborate on the same document with multiple people: The SHARE button (top-right of the toolbar) allows you to share the notebook and control permissions set on it. File->Make a Copy creates a copy of the notebook in Drive. File->Save saves the File to Drive.
To share the notebook that you have created with other co-developers, you may share the copy that you have made in your Google Drive. To publish the notebook to general audience, you may share it from your GitHub repository.
