Garden Hours. Last admission to the gardens is 30 minutes prior to the gardens closing. Winter Hours - November to February. Weekdays 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Weekends 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Summer Hours - March to October. Weekdays 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Weekends 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Visited Hakone gardens in late December 2022. Most of the gardens are closed off. They did not tell you that the majority of the area is blocked off. It’s a skip at this time because not worth paying full price for what little you get to see.
