Irvington High School is an American public secondary school located in the Irvington district of Fremont, California, United States. It is one of the five public high schools in the Fremont Unified School District. Since 2012, Irvington has received full accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year at Irvington High School, Home of the Blue Knights! I am honored and excited to return as the new principal of Irvington High School (IHS). Some changes have occurred since my previous tenure but the focus on student achievement remains the same.

Irvington High School takes pride in providing students with a rigorous college preparatory program and broad athletic, fine arts and extracurricular offerings. Fostering a culture of academic strength, IHS has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek as one of America’s best public high schools.

The Irvington School District, located approximately 23 miles north of mid-Manhattan, includes the Village of Irvington, a portion of southern Tarrytown, and part of the unincorporated areas of Greenburgh. The District encompasses a 4.5 square mile area. Irvington residents are involved in the educational system.

Irvington High School is ranked 56th within New York. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® coursework and exams. The AP® participation rate at Irvington High School is 74%.
