JetBlue’s overall rating on TrustPilot is an abysmal 1.4 out of 5 stars. Most of the complaints seemed to center on the response of the customer service team, delayed flights, and baggage handling. Many customers said that JetBlue Airlines staff and flight attendants were rude and unhelpful (though there are exceptions to this).
