Julia Davis Park is a municipal park in the western United States, located in the downtown region of Boise, Idaho. Julia Davis Park Refresh. Julia Davis Park is the City of Boise’s oldest park. It was created thanks to a generous donation of 43 acres of land in 1907 by Thomas Davis as a memorial to his beloved wife, Julia. Efforts to refresh the park will be completed in a series of phases and work is expected to take several years to complete.
