I am unable to approve transitions using my Ledger Nano X. When I try to send coins LBRY Vault gets stuck on "Confirm Transaction on your Ledger Device..." but the ledger does not give me the option to approve and just says "Application is Ready". If I close out the ledger app I get a "read error" and the transaction fails.
