LeRoy Butler III (born July 19, 1968) is an American former professional football strong safety who played 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), spending his entire career with the Green Bay Packers (1990–2001). Butler was born in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was challenged by physical problems which forced him to wear leg braces and use a wheelchair at times during his childhood.
