Lilly Daché (c. 1892 – 31 December 1989) was a French-born American milliner and fashion merchandiser. She started her career in a small bonnet shop, advanced to being a sales lady at Macy's department store, and from there started her own hat business. She was at the peak of her business career in the 1930s and 1940s.

Daché left school at the age of 14 and was apprenticed to her aunt, a milliner in Bordeaux, and later to the famous milliner Caroline Reboux of Paris.
Lilly Daché (c.1904-1989) is one of America's most famous milliners. She lived out a wonderful, rags-to-riches immigrant story and was a shining example of a successful, professional career women in a time which offered much more limited work options for women.

According to Lilly Daché, she was born in Bègles, France. Some questioned Daché's French origins, speculating that she was Polish or Romanian. Her birth year has been reported as 1893 and 1904. Although she is said to have emigrated to the United States in 1924, the 1930 U.S. Census reports her as having entered this country in 1919.
