loanDepot park is located in the heart of Miami's Little Havana. The state-of-the-art retractable roof ballpark opened in 2012 and is the home to the Miami Marlins. loanDepot park is a first-class entertainment destination beyond baseball, hosting a variety of local and international events as part of the vibrant South Florida culture.
loanDepot Park is in the middle of Little Havana, which means that a lot of the area around the park is residential. Head south of the park, just below Flager St. to look for street parking. All metered parking is seven-days-a-week.
LoanDepot Park is the third smallest MLB stadium with 36,442 seats. It is the smallest by area. The ballpark is the sixth of seven MLB stadiums constructed with a retractable roof. Its design ended the era of retro-modern ballparks started with Camden Yards. The stadium was host to 2013 and 2017 World Baseball Classic games.
