Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran and Siva Ananthi are co-producing KH234 under the banner of Raaj Kamal International Films and Madras Talkies. Udhayanidhi Stalin is presenting the film on behalf of Red Giant Films. AR Rahman will compose the music for the movie.
