Matthew Charles Eberflus (born May 17, 1970) is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the defensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 to 2021.
Eberflus, 53, has been the head coach of the Bears since the 2022 campaign but hasn't found much success in the Windy City, winning just seven games through his first 29 at the helm.
