The New Jersey State Prison (NJSP), formerly known as Trenton State Prison, is a state men's prison in Trenton, New Jersey operated by the New Jersey Department of Corrections. It is the oldest prison in New Jersey and one of the oldest correctional facilities in the United States.

New Jersey State Prison is the oldest prison in the state of New Jersey and one of the oldest correctional facilities in the United States. Effective August 4, 2012, an offender will be removed from the Offender Search Web Page one year after the completion of their custodial term. Offenders will be removed one year after expiration of their maximum sentence date or their mandatory parole supervision date (MPS) if applicable.
