Louise Augusta Wilhelmina Amalia van Mecklenburg-Strelitz (Hannover, 10 maart 1776 — Slot Hohenzieritz, 19 juli 1810) was hertogin van Mecklenburg en door haar huwelijk de koningin van Pruisen van 1797 tot haar plotselinge dood in 1810.
