If you don’t already have it, get iCloud for Windows. See the Apple Support article Download iCloud for Windows. On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows. Sign in with your Apple ID. Make sure to sign in with the same Apple ID that you use on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Select or deselect each feature, then click Apply.
Go to iCloud.com, then sign in with your Apple ID. If you’re already signed in to your device with your Apple ID and your device has Touch ID or Face ID, you can use it to sign in to iCloud.com.
On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows. To set up Contacts and Calendar, select “Contacts and Calendars,” click Apply, then follow the onscreen instructions to set up Outlook. Note: If you see “Mail, Contacts, and Calendars,” selecting that option also sets up your iCloud Mail account.
Select the “iCloud” entry on the list. On the following screen, enter the email address and password used to access your iCloud account. If your account uses two-step authentication, enter the app-specific password you created in the previous section. Click the “Sign In” button, followed by the “Done” button on the next screen to complete.
To get started, open any browser on your computer (Windows 10, Mac, or Linux), iPhone, iPad, or Android smartphone or tablet. Then, type the www.icloud.com/mail URL into your address bar. If you know your iCloud email address, enter it here. If you don’t, you can enter the email address associated with your Apple ID and press the Enter key.
In Mail on iCloud.com, click Inbox, then do any of the following: Read a message: Select the message in your message list.
