If your employer has provided you with online access, you can access your pay statements and W-2s at login.adp.com. If you have not previously logged in to the portal, you will need a registration code from your employer. Only your employer can provide you with this code. To print your pay statements and/or adjustments, do the following: From the Pay Statements Summary page, if the Pay Statements and Pay Adjustments options are available, select the option for which you want to view statements. The respective pay statements or adjustments dated from the current date to 90 days back are displayed.

employees can view their paystubs and w-2's online. if state law permits it, you could even suppress the printing of the stubs by ADP (going paperless) and tell them to go online to get a copy.. employees have the option to supress their pay stub and go "paperless" even if they receive a pay stub.
