The Air Force launched a new and improved version of webmail called OWA+ on Thursday, 9 April 2020 for AFNet/O365 users. Note: You cannotuse your @mail.mil or @cvr.mil email addresses to log into OWA+. You can only log into OWA+ if you have an active AFNet email account (@us.af.mil).

To log into the portal you will go to https://www.my.af.mil/ Select Logon and select your certificate that DOES NOT say email. You should now have access to the portal. To log into Outlook you will need to go to https://owa.us.af.mil Once you connect it will prompt you to choose a certificate.
