External Air Force Email OWA Access. There are currently three ways to access Air Force email from your home computer (external computer) for those with @us.af.mil email address. If you are having issues with one, please try all three prior to requesting help from your local communications focal point (CFP): Air Force email Office365.

Open a new browser session (File / New Session in Internet Explorer ) or. Close ALL open browser windows and try to access the portal again. If you are still unable to access the full portal, please contact the portal help desk at DSN 596-5771, opt 7, Comm 334-416-5771, opt 7 or 1-877-596-5771, opt 7. Provide feedback here.

Be sure to choose the non-email cert for this as well. - - Select OK once you connect and your Outlook should load. Due to high demands you might have to enter PIN multiple times
