    I got confirmation my @mail.mil has migrated but when I try logging into 365 email I get error 53003 "You cannot access this right now". I've tried every browser and different computers and get the same error. I can however, access it through the USAR Citrix portal. But if you've ever used that, you know it's torture, if it happens to not be down.
