1. Wait 15 minutes and try again. 2. Contact admin to go to Admin center > User > Active Users to check whether your account is allowed to sign in. 3. Reset your account’s password. 4. Reset your account’s sign-in status.

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you got the 'Your sign-in was blocked error' it may be an Azure AD Identity protection/risky event detection.
