An Access ID is an id that you would create by going through a registration on the main att.com site. This type of id would allow you to have multiple accounts (U-Verse, wireless, etc..) connected to one user id. If you do not have multiple accounts, it wouldn't be necessary to create an Access ID.

Every time I log into MyAtt it tells Access ID has been locked. I go through the password change procedure and reset it and I can get in. If I log out and try to log back in I have to do it all over again. Doesn't matter if i use a new or old password, I have to reset it each time. Who do I need contact to make this stop.
