And, sometimes I can't access any of them. I've tried to go to Microsoft Account or Outlook.com account and use a password. Doesn't work for either one . Or, the password is rejected in both accounts (separate password for these accounts.). I am completely frustrated. I may just drop Outlook (but I like it) and move to another provider.
A day after, I noticed the same thing on my computer. So basically, what I found out is, that after closing Outlook, the process isn't shutting down properly, and in the notification tray appears the typical grey outlook symbol called "Outlook is closing". But it won't close until you kill the process.
"You can’t sign up here with a work or school email address. Use a personal email address, such as Gmail or Yahoo!, or get a new Outlook email address." I guess it recognizes that it is an work account, but isn't it why the Business plan exist?
The behavior is that because I'm using the same email, Outlook now assumes it's an MSA account and refuses to use the domain with the autodiscovery DNS entry for my domain to resolve to O365 Exchange servers to lookup the account. The result: I can't use Outlook 2016 for my Office 365 email. This was not the case in the past.
