How you resolve problems signing into your Microsoft account depends on the type of issue preventing you from signing in, and what service or device you're trying to sign into. To help you find the correct solution, select the issue from below that best describes your problem.
When you export email from an IMAP account in Outlook to a .pst file, you may not see the messages after you import the file back into Outlook. Note: The email messages aren't lost, but they are hidden from view.

Click on the "Send & Receive" button under the "Home" tab for the Mac version and click on "Update Folder" under the "Send/Receive" tab for the PC/Windows version.
If you are using the default Mail app on the iPhone, go into Add email -> Exchange -> type in your email address -> Sign in. If successful, you will be prompted to provide your password. If unsuccessful, please go back and do the following steps: Add email -> Exchange -> type in your email address -> Configure Manually.
I think that the user profile for the old email address still configured, go to Control Panel, in the search box, type Mail, click on the appeared icon, Email accounts, then delete the old email address and restart Outlook. I have it installed on a laptop and use the desktop version of Outlook for email. I just purchased a new laptop and have successfully installed Office on it. However when I open Outlook on the new laptop it seems like it wants me to setup all my email accounts from the start by adding each of the email accounts settings etc.
4. When prompted to “Secure your account,” enter a “Recovery email” and click “Save & Continue” button. Next open the Outlook app on the Android device and log in with your Office 365 email address again. By saving the Recovery Email previously, this should allow the Office 365 email address to setup in the app and display your Inbox.
