This article describes the steps for collecting logs and key data from Citrix Workspace app for Windows. This is applicable for Citrix Workspace app for Windows. The logs and data collected can be used by administrators to identify and troubleshoot configuration issues.
The system log displays a timestamped list of events that occurred in Citrix Cloud. You can export these changes as a CSV file to meet your organization’s regulatory compliance requirements or to support security analysis. To view the system log, select System Log from the Citrix Cloud menu.
To assist with troubleshooting issues, you can view Citrix Workspace app for HTML5 session logs. The log page allows users to: Enable Logging: Enable logging to view the HMTL5 logs. Disable Logging: Disable logging to stop logging in a session. View logs: View the logs generated for a session.
Configuration logging is a feature that captures Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix DaaS (formerly Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service) deployment configuration changes and administrative activities to a logging database in Citrix Cloud.
