Citrix Workspace app provides users with secure, self-service access to virtual desktops and applications, and on-demand access to Windows, web, and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Before configuring Citrix Workspace, you must sign up to Citrix Cloud and ensure that you meet the technical requirements for getting started with Citrix Workspace. If you’re already a Citrix Cloud customer, with administrators added through Identity and Access Management, you can skip to Phase 2: Configure subscriber access and authentication.
Users can connect to the following applications, desktops, and data from the Citrix Workspace app: Windows-based applications and virtual desktops published in StoreFront and the Web Interface. ShareFile data accessed through Citrix Endpoint Management. Users can log on by using any of the following Citrix Workspace apps:

Look for an email with the subject line of “Complete Your Account Setup”. Check your JUNK/SPAM folder; in addition to FIREWALLS. Verify that the email address used is linked to your Citrix account, update if necessary. Make sure you are using the correct Username (web login) or Password.
Instructions Navigate to Advanced Preferences and click on ‘Log collection’. 2. The ‘Log collection’ dialog is launched. Set the desired log level. Log level ‘Verbose’ captures more detailed logs. 1. Download and Install Citrix Workspace. 2. Enter citrix.arapahoe.edu into the Add Account pop up box. 3. Click Continue. 4. Enter ccc\S00000000 (enter real S#) and your MyACC password. 5. Click Sign In. 6. You will need to enter your credentials again, but this is just for the first time login. a. After this, you will only need to do it one time.
