Per Florida State University’s new email policy, Florida State University is ending the alumni email for life benefit. With this change, you will no longer be able to log in to your alumni email mailbox, send emails from your FSU alumni inbox, or receive emails to your FSU alumni mailbox.
Go to https://my.fsu.edu. Under the garnet Sign In button, click on Activate/Manage FSUID. Your permanent FSUID will resemble your initials and allow you to access more information, including your FSU e-mail address. On the FSUID Management page, as a new or first-time user, click Activate Your FSUID under New Account.
Some policy highlights are: Primary email addresses for employees end with @fsu.edu. Primary email addresses for students end with @my.fsu.edu. Employees may use a secondary, unit-specific domain as an alias email address (e.g., @med.fsu.edu), but their primary address will remain @fsu.edu.
