The FOCUS Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement in your child's education while they are enrolled in a Manatee County public school. A FOCUS account will allow you to register your child for public school online and apply for School Choice during open enrollment session.
To access the Focus Student Portal: Enter your @students.leeschools.net District Email Address in the USERNAME field. Press TAB to open the District's Single Sign-On page. Enter your District Network ID (e.g., SJ12345) & password on District Single Sign-On page. Click SIGN-IN.

FOCUS Parent Portal accounts roll over from year to year, so when your child moves from middle school to high school, you do not have to create a new account. Also, if your student moves to another school in our district, your account will be updated with the new school information.
ClassOwl is a Learning Management System designed to simplify classroom management and increase student engagement through interactive assignments. We are aware of the stress and hardship currently experienced by students, teachers, and schools due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 disease.
This response is interesting in light of the fact that an analysis of a subset of the data revealed a high correlation between instructor and student grades (r = .740). Instructor grades were slightly higher than student-assigned grades. Even though small, this difference was statistically significant.
The interest rates for new undergraduate direct federal student loans are set to increase to 4.99% for the 2022-23 academic year, up from 3.73% last year and 2.75% in 2020-21. The interest rates on graduate direct loans are also set to increase to 6.54%; parent and grad PLUS loans will rise to 7.54%.
