Maryellen O’Shaughnessy was first elected in 2008 to serve the people of Franklin County as Clerk of Courts. She ran unopposed in 2012 and was reelected to serve a second four-year term. In November 2016, she was honored to be reelected to her third term in a contested election, receiving nearly 70 percent of voter support.
