While you might be used to using this email account in the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can actually access iCloud Mail from any web browser (including Chrome and Microsoft Edge). iCloud Mail is linked to your Apple ID, but only if your email ID ends with “@icloud.com”. If you’re using a third-party email like Gmail with your Apple ID, you’ll have to create a different iCloud email address, which will then be linked to your Apple ID.
Make sure that your iPhone, iPad, or PC has a strong Internet connection and that you've turned on cellular data on your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data. If this setting is off, you might not be able to access your Apple ID and iCloud when not connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Click Accounts, then select your iCloud account in the sidebar. Under Account Information, make sure that the account is turned on and the status is online. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and check that Mail is turned on. Make sure you that haven't exceeded your iCloud storage limit.
Open any web browser you use or have and go to the official website of iCloud where you have to put your Apple ID or iCloud email or password.
