January 7, 2022. During the week of January 4, 2022, the Minnesota Department of Health identified an issue that caused COVID-19 PCR test results from certain labs not to be processed into its surveillance system. The issue caused a delay in about 135,000 test results being loaded into its system from December 28, 2021 to January 3, 2022.
