There are two ways to access Citrix Workspace. One is through the natively installed Citrix Workspace app, which replaces Citrix Receiver for simple, secure access to Citrix Cloud services and workspaces. The other way to access Citrix Workspace is through a browser with the Workspace URL.
Users can log in to the Citrix Store from a web browser and launch a virtual app or desktop from the web. The virtual app or desktop launch leverages the capabilities of the natively installed Citrix workspace app. In this case, it may be desirable to hide the Add Account prompt from users. This can be achieved via the following setting:
Open the Citrix Workspace app GPO administrative template by running gpedit.msc. Under the Computer Configuration node, go to Administrative Template > Citrix Components > Citrix Workspace > User Authentication, and select Single Sign-on for Citrix Gateway policy. Select Enabled. Click Apply and OK.

To change the primary authentication method for signing into Citrix Workspace you must: Configure the new identity provider in Identity and Access Management. Change the identity provider in Workspace Configuration. You can configure and change your primary authentication method for Citrix Workspace without breaking your production environment.
Citrix Workspace app for Android Users can log on with Citrix Workspace app for Web by using a web browser or from the Citrix Workspace app icon on the user device. When users log on with any version of Citrix Workspace app, applications, ShareFile data, and desktops appear in the browser or Citrix Workspace app window. Was this helpful
