I have used AOL mail forever...I did an update a Windows update a few days ago and now I can not open any attachments emailed to me. Very frustrated. What is the fix? I can open them rmails on my phone (a Iphone 7 email aol, Gmail email).

In my mail app (Client) on Win10 (new computer Jan 2020), I have gmail, aol and and old verizon POP account. If I select the AOL or Gmail account and then do more, I can see a junk folder. If I click the POP account and do more, there is not junk folder. This may explain why some of you have the problem.
