Open the iCloud app on your Windows 11 PC and click the ‘Approve’ button next to Passwords. Then, sign in to your Apple ID. To approve the sign-in, you’ll need to enter the code received on your Apple device. Enter the code and iCloud Passwords will be approved.

Open Edge or Chrome on your PC and access the iCloud website. Log in to your account and click the “Notes” icon to view your notes. If you’re using Google Chrome, click the three dots in the top-right corner and select More Tools > Create Shortcut. Tick the “Open as window” box and click “Create.” You can change the app name, though it’s optional.

There are two possible ways to use iCloud with Windows. The first method is pretty straightforward; it is to access your iCloud account using your Apple ID from the web browser. The other way is to download and install Apple’s iCloud app for Windows software on your computer.

Click on the upload icon and select one or multiple files. For Pages, these will need to be spreadsheets, but file limitations will be different in the other iCloud apps. One specific example is that Photos will not allow you to upload PNGs, which is a very common screenshot file type.
