So because my bank is closing, I opened an account with Chase on Saturday (4/17). Today, I tried to check the status of my transfers and was informed that Chase locked my accounts for security concerns, and to call them to straighten things out.

Yesterday I deposited a check into my bank account at Chase. I was then later notified that the check would not hit my account until the 29th (which would have been great) unless I had to pay rent. I called both the check issuer and their bank. The funds are there. Both said that there was an issue on Chase’s end.
