Students. Canvas is UWM’s campus-supported digital learning environment. Your instructors may use Canvas to have you access readings, watch videos, take quizzes, submit assignments, and participate in online discussions.
For the best user experience in Canvas, CSU recommends using Chrome or Firefox. If Canvas is running slow or a button is not working, try clearing browser cache (Mac | PC). Setup e-mail and Canvas notifications. Canvas maintenance occurs the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 1:00 AM – 3:00 AM. Canvas may be unavailable during these times.

Students To use Canvas, you must have an active CSU eID /NetID, and be registered for a class. (New eID/NetIDs and enrollments may take up to 12 hours to update.)
