When beginning your ProctorU session, you may be asked to enter a 6 digit PIN code. If you see this, it means your computer is running Windows 10 S mode. Unfortunately, Windows 10 S mode is NOT supported by ProctorU. The only way to connect to a proctor will be to change your computer settings out of S mode.
Go to www.123Rescue.com. The Support Connection page is displayed. The technician tells you a 6-digit code. Type the code in the box labeled Enter your 6-digit code. Click Start Download. You are asked to download the Support-LogMeInRescue.exe applet. Click Run to download the applet. The applet download should take about 15 to 30 seconds.
Ask your support provider for your 6-digit security code. You will need it to activate the support session. Enter the 6-digit security code you received from your support provider. Result: Your computer is being set up for the support session. Once the Support Session app is installed, a small icon appears in the Windows taskbar.

In order to analyze your issue and provide support, information from your computer system will be collected according to the DXC Privacy Statement .
