I've recently been assigned an office 365 account by my company in Germany. Being the only rep in Singapore, I have to do all the office 365 installation myself. I have installed the Office 365 BizPro (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) on my laptop. The problem is that I am unable to add my office 365 email account to Outlook. Please advise. Thank you ...

You start to see your new Microsoft 365 emails arrive in Outlook. To import your old G Suite Gmail, select File , Open & Export , and Import/Export . Choose Import from another program or file , Next , Outlook Data File , Next , browse to the location where you saved the backup file, and select Open .

In a web browser, sign in to Outlook Web App using the URL provided by the person who manages email for your organization. Enter your user name and password, and then select Sign in. Select Settings Settings icon > Change password.
