If you forgot your Microsoft account password, follow these steps. Select Reset password below. Reset password Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name you use to sign in then select Next. We'll ask where you'd like to get your verification code and select Next. Type the requested information and select Send code.

If you can't sign in to an account that you've already added, remove your account, then add it again. To remove an account and add again: Go to Settings, then select the account you want to delete. Select Remove Account.
