However, when it does not function as expected, we have a list of troubleshooting tips below to assist you. In general, we recommend only using the Canvas app to check course information.

The Canvas learning platform offers a mobile-friendly, accessible interface to support teaching and learning. The cloud hosted platform is used at Framingham State University to share course material, assignments, grades, and promote communication. Canvas is used for all course modalities; face-to-face, remote, hybrid and online.
Zoom is available to everyone at FSU and can be used via its Canvas integration, or can be used outside of Canvas. You can record your Zoom meetings if you wish, and then upload them to Kaltura later. Canvas's built-in web-conferencing tool, Canvas Conferences, are also available for use in all courses in Canvas.

Login to FSU's Canvas at canvas.fsu.edu and open the course in which you want to use Zoom. Enable Zoom on your course navigation menu if it is not already enabled. Click on the Zoom link on your course navigation menu. The Zoom page for your course will now appear. (Click image below to enlarge it)
The account used to login to the Canvas LMS is your FSU Network Account (not your 83#, not your email address). Your Network Account is the left side of your FSU email address, to the left of the "@" symbol in your FSU email address. Most users (all students & faculty) use their FSU Network Accounts to authenticate into the Canvas LMS.
