Welcome to the Remote Jury Duty Qualification Survey Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey. Although you may be selected as a potential juror at some time in the upcoming months, please note that this is not an official jury summons and you are not being summoned for jury service at this time.
The questionnaire must be returned to the court within 5 days of its receipt. Your answers are used to determine whether or not you possess the necessary qualifications to serve as a juror. At the start of the trial and during a process called "voir dire", attorneys for both sides will review your questionnaire and ask you questions in open court.
Jurors must call the jury recording at (703) 792-6032 after 5:15 p.m. or visit this page on the evening before the next scheduled date of service. If the juror reported anytime during the month of service, the juror's travel expense check will be mailed within 30-45 days of the last day of service.
If you are summoned to appear for jury service in the Prescott Consolidated Court you can check on the status of the trial either by calling the court at (928) 777-3011 for a recorded message or access the Jury Commissioner’s website after 5:00 pm the evening before the date to see if your trial is scheduled to proceed.
