I have an IMAP email account that is hosted by AOL Mail, which I download into Outlook 365. The AOL Account has emails going as far back as 2015, and until recently all of those emails were visible (and searchable) through Outlook. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed that I could no longer search for emails going back farther than 6 months ago.
This issue is caused by a change in the AOL service. Please contact AOL to report this issue and ask that it be investigated further. STATUS: FIXED As of November 2018 AOL has confirmed that the issue is fixed. Workaround: For most affected users renaming or removing folders under the Inbox mitigates the issue.
iOS (formerly iPhone OS) is a mobile operating system created and developed by Apple Inc. exclusively for its hardware. It is the operating system that powers many of the company's mobile devices, including the iPhone; the term also included the versions running on iPads until iPadOS was introduced in 2019, as well as on the iPod Touch devices, which were discontinued in mid-2022.
I can’t send an email to myself when on my iPhone 6se. I use aol mail that was Verizon. My mail sent to me in iPhone mail app goes to outbox. I can send /receive other emails in app, aol app and on laptop. I deleted and readded my aol mail account. I still use Verizon.net. It just stopped working today. I am going nuts with this. Thanks, Linda
For example, with Gmail and Outlook Mail, in addition to drag-and-drop, you can use the Move to menu to select an appropriate folder to move the message into. Yahoo! and Mail.com work the same way except that the move menu is just called Move. With AOL Mail, it's in the More > Move to menu.
