Office 365: Two Ways to Add a Shared Mailbox in Outlook This KB is to distinguish the differences/ advantages of using one way over the other, and then instruct a user how to connect a shared mailbox using either way.
After you perform these steps, the specified user will be able to access all user mailboxes in Microsoft 365.
