Hi, all, I have two Microsoft accounts, and now I wonder how to sign in the outlook using the two accounts in the same browser, with different tabs, as I found that I have to sign out one account in order to sign in another to check Emails, and it is not very convenient.
Try to clear Outlook app caches on your android device (please note that this way all the cached Outlook data will be removed, please back up your important data before clearing), then restart your phone and run Outlook, and then monitor it to see if this issue would occur again. Without changing any of the configuration of the Outlook app, I can sign into it on their phone, and so can other people, without any problems or errors. They're the only ones with the problem. Nothing is different about them, they can get into Outlook, or the OWA, or anything else without any problems, but on their phone?
Login to OneDrive with your Microsoft or Office 365 account.
Sign out all Office.Removing all the stored credentials in the credentials manager (Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials). (NOTE: This will remove your stored passwords.)
